1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure your event date and time, all bookings require full payment at the time of reservation. We accept various payment methods through our secure third-party payment provider, Stripe, including major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of booking: If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of making the payment, you will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable $30 processing fee to cover administrative and payment gateway transaction costs.
• Cancellations after 24 hours of booking: If you cancel more than 24 hours after making the reservation, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount will be retained, and the remainder will be refunded.
• Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date.

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email, including your name and booking ID.

4. Service Requirements & Client Obligations

To ensure a successful and safe experience, the client must provide the following:

• A dedicated and level 10x10 foot area for the 360 photo booth setup.
• Safe and clear access to a standard, three-prong power outlet within 25 feet of the setup area.
• A responsible adult must be present to supervise the event.

We reserve the right to refuse service or shut down the equipment if the location is deemed unsafe, exposed to inclement weather (rain, excessive wind), or if guests' behavior poses a risk to our staff or equipment.

5. Limitation of Liability & Damage

AZ360Fun is not liable for any personal injuries or property damage that may occur to guests during the use of our equipment. Guests use the photo booth at their own risk. The client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by their guests' misuse or negligence and may be billed for repairs or replacement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
